Asana Partners Pays 8 Million for Brattle Court



Asana Partners, a real estate investment company headquartered in Charlotte, NC, has acquired Brattle Court in Cambridge, MA for $108 million, or approximately $1,745 per square foot.

Brattle Court is a 61,858-square-foot mixed-use portfolio comprised of the 21,352-square-foot, three-story office/retail building at 1-8 Brattle St., and the 40,506-square-foot, single-story retail building at 17-41 Brattle St.

Anchored by Origins, Moleskin and Cardullo’s, the property is located one block from the MBTA Harvard Square station and Harvard University campus in the Mid-Cambridge/Harvard Square submarket.

Dave Pergola, Brian Doherty, Matt Curtin and Chuck Kavoogian of CBRE/New England’s capital markets division represented the seller, a private family trust, in negotiations.
