Paradigm Sells 93 Summer St to Bentall Kennedy for M

Paradigm Properties acquired 93 Summer St. in Boston in 2015 for $5 million and recently sold it to Bentall Kennedy for $19 million.

The five-story building totals 25,000 square feet and is located steps from South Station. It features 5,000-square-foot floor plates and tenants include retailers Verts Mediterranean Grill and Grainmaker, as well as four office tenants on the upper level.

Paradigm invested $1.5 million in base building improvements, and in 2015 the entire building was available to lease. It currently stands at 100% occupancy.
