EMS Warehousing Leases 111,656 SF in Taunton’s Myles Standish Industrial Park

EMS Warehousing, a company that specializes in the storage of food grade and alcohol products, signed a deal for nearly a third of the 350,326-square-foot 800 John Quincy Adams Rd. property in Taunton, MA.

The Class A industrial building delivered in 1985 within the Myles Standish Industrial Park, a 7 million-square-foot industrial campus home to 111 companies and more than 8,000 employees.

EMS will consolidate its operations from 135 Will Dr. in Canton and 155 Myles Standish to 800 John Quincy Adams Rd., noting the property’s 30-foot clear heights, 47 loading capacity and location as reasons behind the selection.

Cathy Minnerly, Ovar Osvold, Leeanne Rizzo, Ned Halloran and Sean Hannigan of NAI Hunneman’s South team represented property owner Exeter Property Group in negotiations, while Steve Clancy of CBRE represented EMS.
